He has faced and successfully met many of today's big-ticket management challenges- guiding companies to unlock the hidden potential, helping CEOs to shape value-based winning culture. He has worked very closely with more than 80 large & SMEs in diverse sectors and clocked over 10,000 hours mentoring more than 200 CXOs.

Sunil Chaudhary

B.Tech from DCE-DTU & MBA from IIT-D, Ph.D. (honoris causa) has over 3 decades of experience in leadership positions- last position held as CMD- IRCON International Ltd. Prior to this prestigious position, he served NBCC as Director-Projects, HUDCO as Senior Executive Director. He has been conferred with numerous prestigious awards & recognitions from leading Industry associations & publications. He has a strong penchant for unconventional wisdom and is known for out-of-the-box solutions. He has successfully groomed and mentored several mid-level and senior professionals for higher responsibilities.

Sumit K Lal

MBA from BITS & PGD in IT from XISS has over 25 years of experience in corporate & consulting arena including leadership positions in TATA Group & ECCO Group. His core expertise include Corporate Strategy, Branding & Retailing & has successfully run multiple product launches & campaigns across Apparel, fashion & leather brands. He is currently serving as Board member with ECCO Shoes India & ECCO India Trading- both directly owned subsidiaries of Denmark-based ECCO Group. In his consulting career, he has worked in diverse geographies across India, US, Europe, Japan, Korea Israel & MiddleEast Asia.

Ankita Sharma

It is a mentoring platform that enables executives including entrepreneurs (the mentee) to connect with a mentor- mentor is chosen by the mentee from the list of mentors available on the website, to accomplish their mentoring needs. A single session lasts an hour.
Sign up on MavencliQ as a mentee and outline the issues that you think you are facing. For a single session, you can outline up to 3 issues. Choose a membership option and select a mentor of your choice. Take up the mentoring session and have your issues sorted by your chosen mentor.
